Client Name: Twentieth Century Fox Television
Objective: To increase viewership/ratings of "Buffy
The Vampire Slayer" during Sweeps Week.
Process: Created a co-branding partnership with Champs
Sports stores throughout U.S (600 stores). Promotion included
network TV commercials, Web-site co-branding,Point-of-Sale
materials,a national sweepstakes with grand prize trips to
"Transylvania" Romania, Radio advertising on 30
O&O Fox stations, outdoor billboards and cable TV.
Results: The Buffy program had a ratings boost of 2%.
Champs had an increase of 5% in sales as compared to previous
year November sales.
